Rap We like his style so much that he's our first call studio rapper for corporate projects (Yes, corporate projects use rappers). He's extremely inventive, great at freestyle, impersonations and easy to work with. Devereaux also helps us with a lot of our in-house rap music productions.
He has recorded several album cuts at Road Records recording studio and will be featured on our CD compilation New Faces Volume Four. Original rap instrumental tracks engineered and produced by Conrad Askland. Devereaux is from the Southern California High Desert of Victorville. He has a great gift for producing rap artists and drums 'n' bass.
Here's
a write up on Devereaux by his family and children: He's also an actor. He attended the Van Mar Academy of Motion Picture and Television Acting and also the Tapper Gallegos Commercials Workshop. In 1989, '90 and '91 he won the Golden Poet Of The Year contests.
The idea came to him while painting a house. He asked one of his workers, "What do painters do?" The worker said, "What do you mean?" and Devereaux replied, "They take old things and make them look like new, that's what painters do". That was the beginning of the CD. Since then he has added a rapping Lawyer, Policeman, Teacher, Pastor, Doctor, Dentist and Limo Driver. Other

Devereaux
Divens calls himself the "Rhymin' Rapper". His tracks use old
school and house beats with funky music and R&B textures. His style
is very mainstream but he focuses on niche market groups with his personal
rap projects. 
Devereaux
is a rare person. If there were more people like him, this world would
be a better place. He keeps you laughing, he's witty, he's a good problem
solver and he like everybody.
He
is currently working on his first CD called "The Rapping Professionals"
which he writes, arranges and performs. This CD has an interesting concept:
It's about how professionals would rap if they were rappers.
