Joel Moss - Comedy from "Happy Joel"

Joel Moss is a cutting edge comedian and comedy music songwriter. His songs are not for the faint of heart, the kind of material your parents would hate when you were in grade school. But we love it! No joke, if you don't mind honesty and a little bit of crass, this is some of the funniest material you will EVER hear! We consider ourselves honored that this Los Angeles comedian chose us for his project.

He played all the instruments himself: Guitar, Mandolin, Drums, Bass and Vocals. A couple of the songs were fully produced by Conrad Askland for radio play. At Road Records recording studio we have a long standing no censorship policy, and we can say that Joel Moss definately tested it! His music is sometimes informative and definately controversial.

I was born a high-functioning manic-depressive on October 16th, 1980. I was raised in Dayton, Ohio by two loving parents, who recently asked me not to use either my last name (Levinson) or my middle name (Moss) so that they would not be associated with the music I make. I live in Los Angeles where Little Armenia and Thai Town meet each other. The food is great but I can't read any of the billboards. I used to have an afro, it's gone now. It was great at concerts because my friends never got lost, and I could sneak joints into shows by lodging them up there. Once I got sixty-three pencils to stay up there while shaking my head. I like Rock n' Roll music. I once got drunk with two friends at ten in the morning and smashed my guitar while listening to AC/DC's "thunderstruck." It was pretty cool, but I didn't have a guitar to play for the next year. If anyone has a cheap guitar to sell me, I will buy it just to smash at my shows. Have a great day,

GUITAR SMASH SEQUENCE!
At one of Joel's recording sessions he bought a guitar at the music store, went in the parking lot singing "Delilah" at the top of his lungs, then smashed his new Fender guitar on the concrete. We're still scared to find out what the music store owner will say when he finds out. This drama is played out here in pictures:
