We get a lot of singer songwriters cutting demos and we always wonder: "Will this be the one that hits?". It's usually up to the perseverance and endurance of the artist. We hope he continues developing his craft in the face of a harsh and brutal industry. The talent is definately there.

Joe
Montano has a very cool vibe to his music like a cross between Hootie
and the Blowfish with a male version of the Dixie Chicks. His lyrics are
definately pop and country that are very easy to listen to. His vocals
were incredibly smooth. The rough tracks sounded like finals without any
tweaking, although we couldn't help ourselves and had to turn a COUPLE
knobs!
We'll try to pick a better backdrop for our picks so they don't look like
mug shots at the post office...
